Orders

What name will appear on my credit card statement?
Your statement will show Fehlinger Trading, LLC only. There will never be any mention of Naughty and Sensual on your credit card or bank statements.



Do your prices include sales tax?
Sales tax is only applied to customers shipping to Georgia. Customers shipping to that state will see a separate line during check out. Everyone else shops tax-free!



How old do I have to be to order from Naughty and Sensual?
U.S. law requires parties to be at least 18 years of age to purchase our products.



Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order at any point during the checkout process until you make a payment. After payment has been taken, it is necessary to contact us directly via email or telephone to cancel your order. If your order has not been shipped, then we can refund you the payment straight away. We have a very tight turnaround time for shipping after orders have benn placed.


Shipping

Is your packaging discreet?
All shipments are discreetly packaged in standard kraft brown boxes or UPS/USPS supplied packaging. No name appears on the return address and our logo does not appear anywhere on the outside of the packaging. Our shipments make no mention of the nature of the contents, except when required by international customs regulations. For international shipments, where we must describe package contents, the descriptions are generic.



When will my order be shipped?
Our goal is to ship the next day all orders received by 5:00 p.m. (EST). All other orders ship within 24 hours.



When will it arrive?
Orders placed Monday through Friday will be shipped on the next business day if it is processed before 5 pm EST. All other orders will be shipped the following business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. When your order arrives depends on your location.



How will my order be shipped?
You can select how your order is shipped on the Checkout page. We ship via United Parcel Service (UPS) and Federal Express (FEDEX). We also ship by US Postal Service (USPS ).



Does Naughty and Sensual ship internationally?
At this time we only ship to US and Canada-based addresses.



If I am ordering from outside the US, will I be billed for customs and import fees?
Like most online companies, Naughty and Sensual does not cover the cost of customs and imports charges. Any additional fees charged by your country of delivery is outside of our control.



Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on all items for continental US shipments $50 and more. We do not offer free shipping world wide at this time.

How secure is my transaction?
Shopping with Naughty and Sensual is safe and secure. We use internationally recognized technical systems to make sure the details you give us when ordering are protected.



Is ordering over the internet secure?

What is your privacy policy?
We will never share your e-mail address or personal information with any third parties. Any information collected on this website will be used for fraud control, order verification, shipping or internal marketing purposes only. For more details on our privacy policy, click here.


Do I need to register to shop online?
No, you don't need to register to order online. When you click to ‘Proceed to Checkout’ you will be forwarded to our main Checkout page, which will give you an option to order without creating an account.



I've forgotten my login details
Not to worry. Just click the 'Forgot your password?' link on the log in page and enter the email address you registered with. We'll email you with further instructions.



I just placed an order; can I change my billing address?
Unfortunately, we are unable to change your billing address once your order is confirmed. Please note, your card must be registered at your billing address.

Can I add or remove items on my order once confirmed?
We are quick shippers! So unfortunately once the order has been confirmed we are unable to amend any order details.



I can't see my recent order in my order history
If your order was placed before you registered your email address, it will not show in your account history.



What currency can I use on the website?
We only accept the US Dollar (USD). Customers outside the USA will be billed in United States currency.



What are my payment options? 

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal. 



Returns and Exchange Policy

Do you take returns?
Because of the nature of our products we do not issue a satisfaction guarantee for returns or store credit. All sales are final and no returns can be accepted.

If your order is damaged upon receipt please let us know immediately. Do not open or use the product if it is damaged. We do not issue credit card refunds – we will gladly exchange the merchandise or issue you a store credit if you contact us.

For new or used merchandise with manufacturing defects please reach out to the manufacturer. Most of our items come with a manufacturer’s warranty. If you have any questions please email info@naughtyandsensual.com
